To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions whether the data on referrals to the Work programme to be published in April 2012 will be provided at the level of individual Tier 1 and Tier 2 subcontractors.

Work programme Official Statistics for referrals will be published in the quarterly statistical summary in Spring 2012. Details of the lower level geography information that will be published are yet to be decided, however we hope to be able to release figures by local authority, parliamentary constituency and contract package area as well as a standard set of demographic breakdowns. There are no plans to publish below prime contractor level.
